Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and hardworking Scheduler for immediate employment in the New York, NY office. This position is contingent upon client approval.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Baseline schedule review and coordination of comments

  • Bid Item Breakdown review and analysis

  • DCB set-up, review and maintenance

  • Schedule kick-off meeting with CM and contractor

  • Chair and coordinate monthly cost/schedule update meetings

  • Field production tracking and micro-scheduling

  • Schedule recovery investigations and mitigation recommendations

  • Claims analysis

  • Time Impact studies, estimates and analysis

  • Schedule and cost maintenance of Integrated Project Schedule

  • Support other program controls as required

  • Negotiations support

  • Presentation preparation and support

  • Cost forecasting using schedule analysis

  • Support and coordinate all schedule controls issues with ESA Scheduling Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Working knowledge of Primavera Advanced Project Management and Microsoft Office including Word, Access and Excel
