About the Business Line
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Workplace Strategy Consultant for employment in the New York, NY office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for supporting our consulting projects with leading corporations, healthcare and cultural institutions, universities, and local and federal government
Support the project team in managing and delivering specific activities within a project, including handling aspects such as the timeline, client interaction, and communication, through delivery with oversight from a task leader or project manager
Diagramming, data analysis and visualization, space programming, conceptual design, and workshop and presentation preparation
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Planning, or Design or other relevant field
Interest in user research, design strategy and space programming
Solid presentation development and delivery skills
Familiarity with research methodologies and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong graphic skills
Comfortable with data analysis and visualization
Persuasive writing skills
Effective self manager of assigned task and time/schedule
Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
High degree of flexibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD
Familiarity with Sketch-Up and other multi-media technologies
Previous experience in similar design consultancy services
