About the Business Line
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Construction Manager for immediate employment.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manage a construction management program consisting of multiple, simultaneously occurring constrution projects
Responsibility for managing the project staff, oversight of all construction projects
Oversee the coordination and management of all project related documentation
Interface with Contractors for on-site resolution of construction issues
Coordinate with on-site client representatives and provide updates on the status of the project as well as any issues that require their input to resolve
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project finances and budgets
Maintain good relationship with client
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in managing construction projects
Experience with managing project staff
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with MTA New York City Transit projects, policy, and procedures
