Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will coordinate the negotiation of all contracts and monitor compliance to contract requirements, ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approval of the final invoice. Coordinate with management and Legal staff. Ensure compliance of appropriate regulations. Research and prepare analysis as required.

  • Cost proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contracts policy compliance, project audits, project property management and any other business related support required by the program/project management on multiple stand alone and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts, each containing both cost plus and FFP pricing arrangements.

  • This position will also serve as the interface with the Client's contracting official where so designated.

  • Must ensure adherence to the firm's signature authority policy, and facilitate approval of necessary and appropriate deviations.

  • Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activity.

  • Assist in compiling and preparing bid documents and bidders list, including inquiry preparations, request for bids and recommendations for awards of contracts.

  • Coordinate with Corporate Audit Group and support periodic internal project audits, outside project audits by clients, and federal and state agency audits

  • Respond to project/client directives and requests involving financial information, contract compliance, subcontracting/procurement, cost proposals, project audit, project accounting, insurance, property and other administrative issues.

  • Assist with developing and routing change orders through approval processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Construction industry experience preferred

  • Experience in creating and maintaining databases and working with spreadsheets

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)

  • Solid understanding of risk management, assessment, and planning as well as possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, love challenges and details, be resourceful, and have great organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local contracting, bidding, source selection, and procurement regulations and laws; experience with audit standards and federal cost principles

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong financial, pricing, and business management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of construction process, documentation and contracts strongly preferred
