About the Business Line
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.
Provides administrative support to a manager, group, office or business unit.
Types, updates and proof reads correspondence, forms, spreadsheets and documents.
Prepares and sends packages. Acts as back up for receptionist or other administrative staff.
Answers telephones, files, schedules and prepares conference rooms and maintains inventory of office supplies.
Works cooperatively with others with the use of strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and good verbal and
written communication skills.
May arrange travel schedules.
Accomplishes tasks through the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, basic office equipment, forms and procedures.
Multi-tasking skills are essential to this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in an Administrative capacity
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
Strong organizational skills
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
