Job Summary

Your tasks

  • Carry out regular reviews and analyses of project financials to ensure accuracy and completeness in revenue recognition calculation and in monthly reporting

  • Supporting invoicing in accordance with the Intercompany Agreements (ICA) and internal policies in conjunction with the PMA

  • Carry out regular month end reconciliations to ensure AR aging and WIP balances are reported correctly

  • Regular review with PM, PMA and Finance Lead regarding tracking of expenditure against budgets/forecasts in support of project review process, ensuring appropriate support exists for changes/variations in fee as well as for cost budgets

  • Collaboration with operations and finance to ensure that vendor set up process is seamless

  • Ensure that cost transfers are actioned appropriately and timely

  • Involvement in internal self-testing exercises regarding Revenue and General Accounting key controls and associated attributes

  • Facilitate statutory compliance

Minimum Requirements

Your profile

  • Professional Accountancy Qualification

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good analytical & problem solving skills essential

  • Must be pro-active and demonstrate ability to see things through to the end

  • Well developed language skills in English and German

  • Good user level of Microsoft Excel plus Oracle financials experience

  • Resourceful, hands on and able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team

  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours to meet deadlines

  • Fluent in English
