Job Summary

We are recruiting as part of our development. Reporting to the Paris office Construction Services Manager, you will help growing the Construction Services sector in France by performing business development activities and achieving projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing scoping, (pre-)design, cost estimates, tender process, construction activities and handover to the client. Throughout the project, the Project Manager is accountable for safety, reporting, budget control and planning

Minimum Requirements

  • You have 5-10 years experience in project management and demonstrated an ability to manage scoping, design, planning, reporting, budgets and Safety on (operational) hospitality, office or leisure projects.

  • bilingual English and French.

  • As part of a leading consulting firm, it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, using these to develop and maintain a good working relationship with the client and the rest of our team.

  • You must have the capability to manage multiple projects, while working with a talented group of engineers, designers, technical and support staff.

  • As the successful candidate, you will also play a key role in developing the design, the project budget and schedule, and ensure these are adhered to.

Sound problem solving skills, accountability for assigned work, takes ownership and can work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Construction, Building or Civil Engineering
