The AECOM Transportation Business Line is actively seeking a highly talented full-time Senior Structural Bridge Engineer for AECOM’s Middleton, WI Bridge Group. This position requires extensive experience in designing highway structures. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging opportunities.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Project Management activities and working with the current bridge group staff
Supervises the work of multiple technical disciplines with a broad general knowledge of many aspects of engineering for one or more market sectors
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technical aspects of large projects
Independently performs most assignments with instructions as to the general results expected
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
15+ years of bridge design experience
2+ years of which include coordinating all technical aspects of mid to large-sized projects
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards along with design software
Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
20+ years of bridge design experience
Experience working on Wisconsin Department of Transportation bridge projects
