Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Project Manager for immediate employment specializing in Port s and Marine projects relating to planning, design and construction projects. This position will report to the AECOM Miami, FL office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

We provide professional services in areas such as aviation, transit, freight rail, highways and bridges, planning, and ports and marine. Our global network of top-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below

  • Project management: production/staff management, reviews, quality control, document preparation and client relations

  • Plans, directs, and supervises all operations included in a large, complex project or several moderately sized projects with greater risk and complexity, and significant financial impact. Resolves complex issues

  • Manages projects on a local to national basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction

  • Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project(s)

  • Acts as primary point of contact with client and has full responsibility for project delivery

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of experience

  • Professional registration in the state of FL or the ability to get registered within six months

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong work ethic and strong leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree

  • 15+ years of experience
