We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents.
Located in our state of the art offices in Melbourne, this newly created position is a key member of our Construction Services end-market and ANZ HR team responsible for partnering with business leaders to ensure HR strategies support the business needs and objectives

Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Setting up of job structures, levels, job titles and job descriptions – integrating these into current classification and banding
Undertake tender assessment with regards to EBAs of suppliers and other IR related requirements, including insurances and superannuation
Support leaders and people through performance and rewards, remuneration review, succession planning, etc.
Support people managers in understanding their role, how to deliver well and how to retain key talent
Participate in broader ANZ HR team and support change and improvement in systems and process
Excellent understanding of Building Code requirements
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g. Bachelor of Business/Commerce) and or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in human resources within a dynamic environment
Ability to build rapport with internal Clients to establish a strong professional relationship
