We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Job Summary

Located in our state of the art offices in Melbourne, this newly created position is a key member of our Construction Services end-market and ANZ HR team responsible for partnering with business leaders to ensure HR strategies support the business needs and objectives

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up of job structures, levels, job titles and job descriptions – integrating these into current classification and banding

  • Undertake tender assessment with regards to EBAs of suppliers and other IR related requirements, including insurances and superannuation

  • Support leaders and people through performance and rewards, remuneration review, succession planning, etc.

  • Support people managers in understanding their role, how to deliver well and how to retain key talent

  • Participate in broader ANZ HR team and support change and improvement in systems and process

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of Building Code requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g. Bachelor of Business/Commerce) and or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience in human resources within a dynamic environment

  • Ability to build rapport with internal Clients to establish a strong professional relationship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g. Bachelor of Business/Commerce) and or equivalent
