We have an unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our AECOM team to provide seamless administrative and business support, with effective communication to a key member of our Leadership Team and associated stakeholders.

Assist the Director to achieve excellence in Business Performance and Communications by assisting with the successful day-to-day administration and coordination of communication and reporting requirements.
Internal and External Client communication and follow-up on behalf of the Directors.
Draft and circulate meeting agendas, minutes and team newsletter communication updates as required.
Coordinate and manage calendaring, travel and expense requirements.
Assist with project reports, minutes and presentations as required.
Diploma or Degree qualification in Communication, Journalism, Marketing and / or Business Administration
Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills
Ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with staff at all levels achieving outcomes within the organisation and with external clients
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently
Strong lateral thinking problem solver.
