About the Business Line
We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.
The Administrator is an important role within our Melbourne office providing professional, high quality administration support to the Buildings + Places team.
You will deliver a range of Administration tasks including;
Providing high quality administration support and assistance
Coordinating meetings & events
Managing expense claims process
Providing day to day coordination
Reporting and supporting the team in delivering a high quality service
General administration tasks as required
We are seeking a self-starter, keen on providing a professional and high quality approach to their work. To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous administration experience
Confident and friendly, with a professional and polite manner
Proactive and demonstrate initiative and commitment to the role
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
The ability to be an attentive and active listener
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment
Timeliness and accuracy of completing tasks
Effective collaboration and professional assistance given to key contacts including all staff and suppliers
