Implements, operates, and maintains Government furnished Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, Maximo, and its integration with other Government and Corporate systems such as Deltek’s Cost Point and Time and Expense.
The Maximo System Administrator’s responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):
Serve as the Application Administrator for the contract Maximo CAFM, providing technical advice to the IT Manager and Program Management team along with guidance to the government on complex system implementation.
Serve as central point of contact for software system support for MAXIMO system.
Provide recommendations regarding hardware, software, LAN configuration and operation of Maximo CAFM. Oversee troubleshooting and correction of same.
Consult with various managers and system users to identify issues, gather requirements, and develop solutions utilizing the Maximo CAFM.
Participate and coordinate with other contractors and government personnel to plan and execute government proposed upgrades and changes.
Provide oversight of and direction for project subcontractors providing development support for Maximo.
Maintain current knowledge of data processing and related field and developments.

Oracle Database Systems
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Directly related work experience may be substituted for required education on the basis of two years relevant paid work experience for each year of desired post secondary education, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Minimum of five years paid professional work in data processing, management information systems, or equivalent.
Minimum of four years supervisory experience in a data processing environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
