AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Electronic Publishing Support Specialist.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage web content on a variety of classified websites

  • Post a variety of products to appropriate networks and identify which products should be disseminated to which networks

  • Work with requirements staff to improve functionality of web sites, processes and tools

  • Ensure electronic products are appropriately classified and void of typos and errors

  • Respond to tasks in order to identify and print products released to specific customer sets or products on specific topics; develop and brief materials on production and processes and standard operating procedures, including briefings for orientation classes

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Polygraph - TS/SCI

  • Bachelor’s degree in web design, content management, information management or related field. Ten years experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement

  • Minimum five years experience (recent), in web design, content or information management

  • One year recent experience in specialized area of classification guidelines, posting to the web, HTML and mea-data tagging

  • Must be available for on-call and overtime needs on an occasional basis

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Intelligence Community dissemination platforms, information sharing rules and Control Access Program Coordination (CAPCO) standards
