Our specialists are responsible for the management and control of hundreds of major capital programs totaling over US$300 billion across all continents and market sectors, including transportation/infrastructure, mining and minerals, environmental, facilities, water and energy.
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Controls Specialist for immediate employment for the Markham, Ontario office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Maintaining the AECOM project financial system (uploading change orders, opening and closing projects, compiling monthly EAC)
Compiling monthly invoices for work done in the period
Tracking project costs and revenues based on earned value analysis, schedule and cost performance indices
Tracking accounts receivable through client accounts payable groups
Coordinating with PM’s to ensure EAC’s are completed on time and in compliance with company policy
Management of project document control system
Management of shop drawing submission and review processes
Management of the request for information systems
Commerce Diploma in Business Management or similar
Basic understanding of project financial reporting
Diploma from technical college in business or financial management related subject
Working knowledge of ProjectWise, SharePoint or similar document control software considered an advantage
