Job Summary

The Project Administrator, under close supervision of the Operational Control Manager, the Senior PAD and Project Management Division Director, will be in charge of the following duties and tasks:

Directly assist the Operational Control Manager, in the following tasks:

  • Solid knowledge of drafting budgets and budget processes and control

  • Financial reporting and analysis

  • Reception, control and data entry of invoices and financial aspects

  • Direct communication with internal departments, suppliers, clients, partners.

  • Assist in projects report preparations

Minimum Requirements

General Experience and Skills:

Compulsory:

+ + 3 years' professional experience in Finance

  • Experience in budget preparation and financial control

  • Experience with EU-funded projects and familiarity with the EU procedures and regulations (PRAG)

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and other IT tools

  • Strong commercial and pro-client skills

  • Manage heavy workloads

  • Adhere to strict and demanding timelines

  • Oracle Financial knowledge

  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
