Job Summary

Our Madrid office is looking for a BIM Coordinator in order to participate in international projects.

Main responsibilities:

Ensuring the use of models and associated data achieves the contract goals

Creating, updating and managing construction sequences (4D models) and ensuring that the model components and programme tasks are aligned

Ensuring data is attached or linked to the 3D model with relevant information and intelligence as per the contract BIM strategy.

Acting as custodian of BIM documentation, records and data ensuring they are stored, referenced and published in the correct way, aligning data and workflows to Customer systems and communicating requirements.

Training and mentoring the team to use the appropriate software.

Quality Assurance and Control of data being uploaded into systems.

Ensure continual improvement of integrated management system (Our Way of Working)

Stay abreast of new and future technologies.

Ensure robust process and procedure is deployed to securely capture and store project data.

Develop evidence based cost/benefit data in relation to current projects to validate investment that may be required.

Minimum Requirements

Architecture degree. (Desirable. Other degrees may be accepted)

Autodesk Revit 2017.

Navisworks Manage (Design coordination, 3D Coordination & 4D).


Revit API, Dynamo scripting, Python or similar. (Required, at least one of them).

Desirable but not required:

Civil3D and civil Bentley software.

Other BIM Software like AECOsim.

Microsoft Access.

FM Modelling.

BIM experience relevant to the Civil Engineering sector.

BIM experience in large Architectural Projects.

A comprehensive level of commercial experience preferably with a contracting organization.

English. Fluent.

Preferred Qualifications Fluent in French
