Job Summary


His/her duties will include:

  • Communication with internal departments, suppliers and clients

  • Filing, Scanning, Binding, etc.

  • Document preparation and formatting

  • Production of Expression of Interests and Technical Proposals

  • Provide administrative support


High degree of autonomy, under the supervision of the Administrative Coordinator

Minimum Requirements


  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Extremely organized

  • Manage heavy workloads

  • Adhere to strict and demanding timelines



  • English very high level and Spanish high level.

  • Perfect use of MS Office & other IT Tools


  • Fluent in French

  • International Secretary studies, etc

  • Use of Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator


  • Analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Planning & time management skills

  • Capacity to work in different cultural environments

  • Strong Team skills oriented

  • Pro-active, demonstrates initiative

  • 3 + years of work experience

  • Administrative experience
