Job Summary

AECOM’s Mackay Office has an opportunity for an experienced Administration and Finance Officer to join our Mackay office on a full-time basis. Primarily, you will be required to build key relationships with senior managers and technical staff within the Mackay office managing and supporting project finance needs. You will also be required to support the administration function within the office. A proactive approach to tasks with a service driven and outcome oriented focus will be required. This will include but is not limited to:

•Preparing and processing invoices to clients;

•Monitoring costs booked to the projects on a weekly basis;

•Assisting with raising and processing variations

•Understand AECOM systems/ procedures and provide support to local stakeholders

The position is a 6-month parental leave cover based in Mackay, QLD.

Minimum Requirements

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role requiring focus on both administrative and financial support. A financial background, preferably with experience in project finance management within a consulting environment will be highly regarded. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player who is able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will have a strong customer-service focus and ability to remain agile in your approach.

Preferred Qualifications •Strong Microsoft Office Package experience (Particularly Excel & Word)
