AECOM India is seeking to hire an Associate, Landscape. The responsibilities for this role include leading a team of landscape designers to planning, designing and managing mid-to-large scale projects, including the full cycle of project management.
Essential skills include:
Strong portfolio of built work, across diverse typologies, demonstrating excellent technical capabilities;
Proven experience in successfully leading, mentoring and evaluating teams of junior staff to senior professionals;
Extensive experience in the management of multiple projects from proposal development to completion, including periodic project reviews
Experience in coordination with multi-disciplinary project teams for complex projects
Strong client management skills and experience in business development, with regular monitoring of bids
Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience in monitoring and reporting monthly, quarterly and annual financial results
Contribute to short to mid-term strategic direction and studio operations
Strong focus on design quality and finding innovative solutions
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelors in architecture with Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience (preferably after masters and in landscape architecture)
Experience in design of streets, public realm, parks and public spaces, water front development.
Experience in client management, project management and mentoring junior designers. Should be able to handle projects from Concept design stage, preparation of technical requirement plans to construction supervision.
Candidate should have excellent design, visualization and graphic skills, along with a strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, 3D softwares and MS Office Suite.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, proactive and responsible, taking ownership of their work. They should also possess excellent communication skills.
