Position Title Senior Executive Assistant to Chairman & CEO (Century City Office)

Hours for this position will be approximately 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work also expected. The position will be based in Century City, California.
As part of a team, but under own initiative with minimal supervision, this position will provide administrative support and activities to the Chairman and CEO and his team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Car service coordination
Complex itinerary building
Offsite workspace booking
Frequent flier and award point management
Booking support team travel
Scan inbox for items to action
Morning and evening office organization
Secondary scheduling support
Meal order and plating
Phone coverage support
Manage draft email process
Requesting and organizing preparation materials
3-6 years in an executive assistant capacity to C-suite leader of a Fortune 500 organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; good listener.
Service oriented and embraces change.
Discretion in handling confidential material, and high level of comfort liaising and interacting with directors, senior executives and other stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Good judgment, tact and initiative to make independent decisions when necessary.
Resourceful and able to maintain grace under pressure.
Proven ability to succeed in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Understanding of business concepts.
