Position Title Senior Analyst - International Tax

You will be part of a team working under the guidance of International Tax leadership and have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable and experienced tax team that will help grow your skills and advance your career. Will be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation and review of international quarterly and annual tax provision calculations.
Preparing Form 5471s for controlled foreign corporations for US Federal tax return filings.
Calculating taxable dividends, §78 Gross-Up, PTI, §956 Income, §986(c) and §987 gains & losses and Subpart F income.
Working with Tax Planning team members on special transactions and worldwide tax planning to provide tax and operational efficiencies.
Assisting in process improvement efforts for Tax Provision (OneSource) and Tax Returns (CorpTax).
Requires two to four years large-scale, complex, public company tax experience in public and/or corporate tax environments that includes a solid working knowledge of International and/or Federal Corporate Tax. Other experience and skills include:
Preparing and reviewing US tax calculations and compliance.
US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740/FAS 109).
Advanced Degree in Taxation, Business, Law or related field.
Utilizing OneSource Tax Provision Software, CorpTax, Hyperion and Oracle.
In addition, candidates should have their bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, possess outstanding communication skills and have the ability to work within a multi-cultural team of colleagues around the world.
- CPA and/or in Masters in Tax/Accounting.
