Job Summary

The IT Project Delivery Support role is to improve the productivity of AECOM employees by providing a point of contact and support for incident/request resolution. This is accomplished by diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware, third-party and proprietary software, LANs, and servers in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email communication, and hands-on support.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions

  • Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software installed and maintained by the company.

  • Install, modify, and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.

  • Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, disk drives etc.

  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of computer hardware and software.

  • Provide support for audio-visual systems including repair and/or replacement of projectors, etc.

  • Videoconference administration and support.

  • Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting. (e.g., Blackberries, IPhone’s, and IPad’s)

  • Must be will to travel to support construction sites and remote office locations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent IT certifications, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCP, MCSA certifications/training.

  • Minimum of 3-year’s Help Desk level 2 support.

  • Proficient in supporting both Apple and Windows environments.

  • Experience with current versions of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, IE, Safari & Chrome.

  • Experience with Office 365, Autodesk, Adobe Creative Suite, Active Directory and Windows File Permissions.

  • Experience in deploying and setting up computer images in a network environment.

  • Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level.

  • Experience with VOIP phone systems (Cisco/ShoreTel).

  • Experience setting up mobile devices to Exchange and BES servers.

  • Ability to perform diagnostics, identify problems and provide resolutions.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly communicate technical guidance and instructions to users via telephone and email.

  • Willing to travel at short notice to construction sites and remote offices.

  • Excellent time management skills.
