About the Business Line
Program, Cost, Consultancy
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
The London culture and leisure team is looking for a Project Surveyor to join their established team.
The successful candidates will:
liaise with the client on project costs, formulates detailed cost plan and advises contractors and engineers to ensure that they remain within cost limit;
examine plans and specifications for the project;
prepare bills of quantities for use by contractors when tendering for work;
examine tenders received;
measure and values work in progress and examine any deviations from original contract;
Experience in all of the following areas is essential:
Bill of Quantities
Evaluations of tenders
Cost reporting and cashflows
Candidates must hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying
Salary - Competitive

Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree in Quantity Surveying
