Job Summary

AECOM continues to develop and grow its Architecture business in EMEA. The key focus for this role is to develop our studio teams, capability and develop our workload in key AECOM market sectors

We are looking fo an Associate Director to work in conjunction the EMEA Architecture Leadership group and any relevant end market sector lead to develop a ‘best in class’ AECOM architectural offer providing specific digital innovation skills.Activities will include:

  • Project Directorship (taking full responsibility for the delivery of one or more projects)

  • Team Building & leadership

  • Commercial management of your sector studio

  • Research & Development

  • Digital Innovation and Thought Leadership

  • Business development (where appropriate)

Minimum Requirements

  • Will have strong general practice experience gained in high quality design firms

  • Will have client facing capabilities in chosen sector

  • Will be familiar with the practice culture which is required to achieve a ‘high design’ architectural product

  • Able to participate in the process for mentoring of graduate & development of professional training programme

  • Will be a proven practitioner with significant project experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Architecture. Appropriate chartered status is essential.
