About the Business Line
Oil + Gas
We offer extensive global experience in upstream, midstream, downstream, marketing and distribution, and alternative energy segments serving the entire lifecycle of oil and gas company assets. Our expertise in providing the full range of mission-critical services is sought after by private-sector and national/state-owned oil and gas companies.
Responsible for crews and equipment in assigned area. Organizes and controls lease service activities, including pumping services and coil tubing operations; assures adherence to operating standards; provides direction to field operators; schedules, plans, and allocates work to staff. Recruits, evaluates, and terminates field service employees. Is familiar with all areas of field equipment and operations. May report directly to a Division/District Manager.
The minimum requirement is a high school diploma and training and professional development from an accredited industry association. Requires at least 5-7 years of field experience with related in-house training and supervisory experience.
Requirements for this position are a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience as an equipment operator in an industrial or commercial work environment;
A comprehensive knowledge of industry safe work standards and quality control is essential.
A post-secondary diploma or degree from an accredited college, university or technical school, or journeyman certification in a relevant trade, or a Class 1A or 3A license would be considered an asset.
Previous supervisory experience would be an asset.
A working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point) is an asset.
