Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Accounting Clerk to be based in our Lloydminster, Alberta location.

Responsibilities may include:

 Checks, verifies and posts journal vouchers, accounts payable vouchers, payroll and other accounting records.

 Prepares accounting reports and analyzes accounting records.

 Maintains financial data files.

 Operates standard office machines such as adding machines, calculators and typewriters.

 Work requires knowledge of specific accounting and clerical procedures.

 May be in the field with timekeeping functions.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: This is an entry level position with no previous work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Works under close supervision. Duties are basic, routine and repetitive. Follows well defined procedures. Heavy training mode. Work is closely checked.
