Job Summary

AECOM are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Leeds office. Working with our Sector Management team the role will include producing financial performance summary reports, arranging, attending and recording management meetings, and working with the management team to analyse and understand the data.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with the Sector Management team to respond to operational data requests and reports.

• Analysis of business performance data and the extraction of key metrics.

• Formatting, populating and setting up templates for reports and presentations.

• Preparation of minutes and notes as required by the management team.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A high level of attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skill.

• Able to work under pressure.

• A "can do" approach and attitude, with a creative and problem solving mind-set.

• Some travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent ICT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
