AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Federal and Commercial with a successful track record of managing all phases of Federal and Commercial projects, including client satisfaction, quality control and financial performance. We are looking for someone who is passionate about growing our A/E practice area, fosters our team spirit, and wants to join a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to innovative problem solving and design experience.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements
Manage project scheduling, budgets, and set-up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
Prepare project team work-plans and manage a range of project team sizes, comprised of project architects, interior designers, job captains and consultants
Actively manage and track financial performance of project
Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, coordinate bidding process
Ensure projects conform to contract requirements
8+ years' experience, including demonstrated success as a project manager on various Federal and Commercial projects
BIM, Revit skills/working knowledge required
Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams
Experience negotiating project scope and fees
Experience with the entire project lifecycle, through post-occupancy
Experience with technical and/or design aspects of documenting corporate interiors projects
Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on corporate interior projects
Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures, UFC, UBC
Excellent written + verbal communication and management skills to include leadership, organization and client relationship management skills
Collaborative and team-conscious
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace and style
Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques
Strategic, analytical, and practical thinker
Strong project management, technical and analytical skills
Strong technical writing skills; experienced in the preparation of correspondence, reports and proposals
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
