Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary

  • Prepare and manage a comprehensive contract administration procedure for use on project to ensure the timely and effective administration of all contracts in full accordance with the procedure;

  • Provide contract administration input to the monthly reports prepared by the Project Manager/ Project Director;

  • Maintain and prepare contract summaries, contract change notices, including reporting and status updates;

  • Ensure that AECOM’s internal procedures are complied with including ethical tendering, evaluation and the administration of all contracts;

  • Review progress claims and track payments for Consultants and Contractors;

  • Establish the Project Budget and Cost plan together with the Client and Consultants.

  • Managing the variation works for the project.

  • Participate in Value Engineering as to deliver project within budget and value for money

  • Manage the Tender Exercise, involved in Tender Document preparation, Tender Calling and Technical and Commercial Evaluation process.

  • Prepare monthly Cost Report detailed out all cost status on Anticipated Final Cost, Variation Works, Estimated future Commitment etc.

  • Liaise with other AECOM business lines, if necessary and coordinate the works.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in similar capacity is required, preferably from the property development, construction and consultancy industry;

  • Must be proficient with the local authority and industry’s compliance;

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment;

  • Attentive to details;

  • Good time management skills, systematic, detail-oriented and resourceful;

  • Knowledge in ISO9001 compliance is preferred;

  • Familiar with PWD and PAM Contract.

  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and good interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or any equivalent
