Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary

  • Duties mainly to assist the Client with financier and bank debt negotiation.

  • Assist the Client as required with their negotiations with financiers and to negotiate bank debt to fund the project.

  • Manage the Project to secure “Financial Close”.

  • Prepare bank debt drawdown on a monthly basis and provide update cashflows to ensure the bank debt drawn adequately covers the development progress and contractor payment claims.

  • Liaise with other AECOM business lines, if necessary and coordinate the works, in particular to Ethics & Compliance as well as Health & Safety protocols

  • Ensure that all AECOM’s internal procedures and controls are fully complied with

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experiencemanaging terms related to financial;

  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English;

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing finance activities;

  • Must be proficient with the regulations of the local authority, banking industries and other relevant compliances;

  • Must be willing to be based on project sites where time necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance and Investment
