Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary

  • To assist the Design Manager in managing the coordination and overall integration of technical activities of various projects.

  • To review and coordinate all project design matters with various consultants and monitor design changes.

  • To analyze data to determine project feasibility.

  • To assist in managing operational needs and future logistic needs/ requirements (if any) in the design of the projects.

  • To ensure that the engineering documents (drawings and specifications) are coordinated with the rest of the tender documents.

  • To confer with the other team members to accomplish work activities.

  • To consult or negotiate with Clients to prepare project specifications.

  • To negotiate project specifications in tandem with the project’s budget.

  • To assist in developing the operating strategies, plans or procedures.

  • To evaluate relevant authority regulations to enable project strategic or operational decision making.

  • To analyze the impacts of any legal or regulatory changes.

  • To communicate with government agencies and other project stakeholders as and when required.

  • To perform administrative functions, such as reviewing and writing reports as and when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably from the property development/ consultancy industry;

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD and related to job scope;

  • Good multitasking, prioritising and organisation skills;

  • Experience in ISO9001 compliance is an added advantage;

  • Competency in written and spoken English is required.

  • Knowledge in CONQUAS/ QLASSIC is an added advantage;

  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English;

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills;

  • Must be proficient with the regulations of the local authority and other relevant compliances;

  • Must be willing to be based on project sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • A recognized Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
