Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary

  • To plan, direct and coordinate the construction of the assigned project

  • To oversee the entire construction project or part of a project

  • Responsible for ensuring the Client’s requirements regarding the functionality and standards for the project are met.

  • To schedule and coordinate all types of design work during the construction process

  • To oversee the work done by the contractors

  • To ensure that the project is completed within the specified time

  • Together with the Resident Engineer, to determine the best source of construction materials

  • Is responsible for scheduling and estimating the time required to complete the project

  • To evaluate and manage the application of extension of time by the general contractor/s.

  • To oversee the selection of trade contractors proposed for the project

  • To monitor the performance of the general contractors through progress of works on site against the planned base line program.

  • To ensure that the construction work is completed on schedule and within budget.

  • To manage and direct the progress of works in the construction site.

  • To oversee the delivery of materials, construction tools and equipment

  • To ensure that all safety procedures and requirements and precautions are adhered to by the construction workers.

  • To monitor the compliance with the set regulations relevant to the project.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managingcanal & marine work/ dredging & reclamation /infrastructure/ utilities/ road & bridges/ park & landscape works;

  • Must have good understanding of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements;

  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English;

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing a team of site personnel, contractors and sub-contractors;

  • Must be proficient with the regulations of the local authority and other relevant compliances;

  • Must be willing to be based on project sites;

  • Must be attentive to detail;

  • Possess good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A recognized Degree in Construction Management or Project Management or equivalent
