Job Summary

AECOM are currently seeking a Assistant Cost Consultant Architectural to join our KSA business.

  • Undertake measurement tasks for interim and final agreement from approved drawings for Architectural work as required, to review and agree quantities with contractor’s site personnel. To undertake site inspections when deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to compose reports in English

  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel

  • Experienced in international standards and specifications related to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical / Quantity Surveying

  • 5-year post qualification experience

  • Fluent English language (speaking & writing).

  • Good measurement skills

  • Active team player & good communications skills
