Job Summary

AECOM’s Resources, Power and Industry business in Indonesia is currently seeking for Team Leader, Renewable Energy Infrastructure, to manage a range of projects from studies through to TOPE project delivery.

Requirements for role include but are not restricted to the following:

  • The Team Leader will provide strategic direction and overall management of the TOPE team with the responsibility of ensuring that the TOPE activity is administered, managed, implemented, and monitored in alignment with its intended purpose and scope, budget, timeline, and other MCA-Indonesia’s requirements.

  • The Team Leader will be the primary point of contact with MCA-Indonesia and the GP Management Team.

  • S/he should have experience and qualifications in establishing program management offices and managing a multi-disciplined team of resource experts as well as the operation and logistics and facilities.

  • The Team Leader shall be responsible for supervising the overall management of the TOPE contract.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor level degree or equivalent engineering certification.

  • Minimum of 15 years of on-site EPC project management, as well as, procurement and logistic support experience in small to middle size power plants.

  • Minimum of 5 years as team lead managing inputs and efforts from multi-discipline engineering, environmental and social experts.

  • Relevant experience in the construction of power plants, electrical distribution, low voltage infrastructures and metering.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in Indonesia or similar geographies and contexts (Southeast Asia)

  • 75% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high level project management and performing technical due diligence for commercial lenders or plant owners or performed as owners engineering role for alike power plant developers.

  • Experience with one or several of the project’s technologies is advantageous.
