About the Business Line
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe.
Provide support for network products, mainly Cisco, and services deployed in North America mainly at construction sites.
Configure and maintain standard QoS templates across all network devices
Processes requests from internal ticketing systems
Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration, and installation
Installs and maintains local and wide area network hardware and software, network nodes, terminals, and wiring
Evaluates local area network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations
Provides support to and trains team in local area network administration and usage
Monitors and maintains network stability
Prepares and maintains documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts
Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed
Responds to inquiries regarding data and computer security, policies, and procedures
Researches and implements security and firewall strategies with assistance from the security team
Monitors network traffic and makes necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware
Collects and analyzes network and memory utilization
Researches and evaluates new technologies
Performs complex technical tasks including debugging and supporting hardware modules and systems
Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose complex network problems
Provides team with network technical support
Responds to needs and questions of team concerning their access of network resources
Coordinates third-party maintenance for network hardware and software issues/upgrades
Five years of the required experience must have been in the development, implementation, maintenance, modification and/or operation of large telecommunications systems and networks
7+ years experience leading complex project builds with proven performance to achieve on-time completion of projects.
Demonstrated successful design, planning and implementation of wide and local area network architecture, including troubleshooting and capacity planning.
Expertise working on a team with motivated cross functional individuals focused on a common goal of delivering cutting edge solutions to meet aggressive business demands in an ever changing environment to achieve on-time and on budget completion of projects.
Strong communication skills
Solid documentation experience with Visio, Word, ExcelAmbitious and goal oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete.
Willingness to travel and work above and beyond, and on weekends with short notice.
Excellent oral and written communication skills desirable.
Ability to work independently, define priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues and challenges.
Working knowledge in the following technologies:
Cisco DMVPN with Certificate Based authentication
IOS Zone-Based Firewall
Policy-Based Routing (PBR)
Working knowledge in the following hardware:
Cisco ISR Generation 2 (1900,2900,3900 Series), 4K Series Router or equivalent
Cisco L2/L3 switches, especially 2960XR Series or equivalent
7+ years network engineering experience with focus on Cisco foundation, UC and Video products
Aerohive Wireless (nice to have)
Demonstrated experience in the area of centralized monitoring, network capacity planning, network performance reporting, network optimization, and troubleshooting of enterprise network deployments.
Demonstrated experience implementing security policies and procedures for networks
Working knowledge in BGP, OSPF, HSRP, PBR, CBAC, Windows AD/ DNS/DHCP/PKI and 802.1x, Cisco IWAN, and Solarwinds
Cisco ISE and Cisco Prime Infrastructure
Demonstrated experience with Opengear
Design and hands on Knowledge / Experience of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and IP trunking concepts, topology design – VoIP media RTP/RTCP
Cisco CCNP/CCIE certificate or equivalent experience
Travel expected 25-50%; Work location is flexible
