AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. Job Summary

Essential Job Function: Supports unmanned aircraft operations program. This position entails a Flexible work schedule supporting rotational TDY deployments to various OCONUS locations as required. Additional CONUS work may be performed at Creech AFB, NV on an "as needed" basis. Incumbent manages and maintains an Aircraft Scheduling and Documentation (ASD) maintenance and utilization program and develops long range plans and establishes production schedules to meet customer requirements.

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization schedules for maintenance. Must be proficient in operations of the USAF Maintenance Information System including Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS), Centralized Engine Management System (CEMS) and other maintenance management database library programs. Maintain equipment records in library files. Collects, reviews, and files documented information for planning and scheduling of various maintenance activities. Ensure accurate documentation is maintained for aircraft engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, Time Compliance Technical Orders, time change items, and special inspections as required. Train management staff on uses of maintenance database functions and documentation libraries.

Minimum Requirements

Education/Training: HS diploma or equivalent. On-the-job experience will be considered in lieu of formal education/training. Upon hiring, the company may provide “on the job” training at a TDY location as required. Upon successful completion of all required training, the employee will be part of Flexible workforce pool and support rotational assignments as required. Employment category will be based on experience, competency, and qualifications.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aviation Plans & Scheduling or related field.

Special Skills: Must apply for an Interim Secret Clearance within 30 days of hire start date. Must be able to gain/maintain a SECRET (or higher) security clearance as a condition of continued employment per contract.

Preferred Qualifications

An Associate’s Degree or higher in a management related field preferred.

Coursework in library science or records management a plus.

Experience in a military technical document management environment desired. Prior experience with unmanned aircraft systems preferred.
