Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a Project Manager in the Baton Rouge, LA office. This candidate will be able to run the day to day operations of a Disaster Recovery Program, managing teams in the back office as they support the field office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Production Manager of a Disaster Recovery Program with all day to day activities:

  • Organizing and managing staff resources to accomplish all project related activities

  • Managing process development and documentation

  • Reporting, tracking and monitoring

  • Audit reviews

  • Assist the Production Manager with managing process flow and resolve areas of inefficiencies within the process

  • Coordination of team leads and work flow

  • Backup Point of Contact between the field operation and back house operation to keep communication flowing in both directions

  • Attend daily teleconference, and in person communications between the various groups within the team to maintain functioning of the process as a whole

  • Train staff as needed on process, policy and procedure

  • Manages the day to day tasks accomplished by in house teams

  • Available to staff providing guidance regarding process, policy and implementation, providing day to day guidance/solutions and assistance as problems or issue arise

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of Disaster Recovery Program experience

  • General understating of Disaster Recovery Programs and Operations

  • Database and access management – reporting
