About the Business Line
AECOM Shared Services
AECOM Support/ Cross Services comprises a number of important functions which develop and implement solutions to support our businesses and to help them meet the needs of clients. Its role is to ensure that the Business Lines operate effectively, in alignment with AECOM’s overall corporate goals. The activities cover Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Communications, and Administration.
Handle daily HR transactions including onboarding, off boarding, staff transfers, global mobility, HR reporting, leave management, insurance administration, salary review process, internal audit and HRIS management.
Monitor daily service operations for the team and ensure quality of service to our clients
Collaborate with internal HR teams to execute daily HR processes and transactions
Liaise with service vendor on data accuracy and timely production on HRIS
Interact with Payroll team for data correction on HRIS
Ensure the timely delivery of HR Shares Services in line with service level agreement
Participate in global HR transformation projects
At least 5 years HR Generalist experience preferably in HR Share Services environment
Solid experience in HR operations and HRIS management
Experience in using Oracle or Workday highly preferable
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed orientated, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
High integrity and able to keep information confidential
Capable to handle multiple tasks in a tight timeframe
Able to work both independently and as a team player
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
Good command of spoken and written English, and Mandarin
