About the Business Line

Building Engineering

We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

Job Summary

  • Lead the building sustainability team in carrying out building sustainability projects

  • Undertake business development including business marketing, seminars, client networking and partnership building

  • Contribute to the growth of building andinfrastructural-basedgreen design projects;

  • Manage overall technical quality of sustainable building design and timely completion of project, including sustainable architectural and engineering design, BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL and China Green Building Label associated submittals;

Minimum Requirements

This is a role with a wide scope of responsibility. Potential candidates must possess the following:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Architectural Engineering/ Building Sustainability/ Energy and Environment.

  • Strong visible leadership and people management skills

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in leadership of green building assessment projects, sustainable architectural and building services engineering design;

  • Possess good knowledge in relevant codes, standards and statutory requirements;

  • Working knowledge in sustainable design by use of computer-based simulations (for instance, computational fluid dynamics modeling, building energy modeling, and solar modeling, etc.) ;

  • Good command of spoken & written as well as skills in communication and negotiation in English and Mandarin.
