We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Job Summary

AECOM is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for Corporate Head office in Gurgaon. Acting as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office, the successful applicant will also be required to

  • Manage the Front office.

  • Attending all Calls (incoming/outgoing)

  • Maintaining invoices tracking sheet in Microsoft excel.

  • Coordinate with vendors to provide the requested material.

  • Handling keys & maintaining computerized record.

  • Looking after housekeeping and pantry.

  • Looking after conference room booking.

  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth running of facilities.

  • Coordinate with transport vendors.

  • Sending cheque’s payment to the vendor.

  • Taking care of all incoming out goings couriers.​

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 -5 years experience in a Administration / Receptionist position is required.

  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum Graduate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
