About the Business Line

Water

We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.

Job Summary

The Germantown, Maryland office is seeking a talented, highly qualified Reproduction Technician/Office Assistant.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Reproduce documents for multiple clients and projects

  • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines

  • Function effectively under time constraints

  • Monitor mulitple office copiers, record billing information and assist with maintenance and repair requests

  • Inventory Reproduction supplies, order and replenish supplies and restock/reoganize Reproduction Room

  • Correspond and coordinate with various outside clients and fellow workers on the completion and shipment of sensitive, final deliverables, proposals and documents

  • Coordinating meeting setup and breakdown

  • Arranging office setups for incoming/outgoing employees

  • Proactively maintaining high standards regarding the appearance of the office

  • Assist with stocking supplies as needed in departments and kitchens

  • Ensure adherence to security procedures at all times

  • Provide backup mailroom assistance as needed

  • Perform light maintenance, moving furniture, hanging whiteboards, etc.

  • Demonstrate ability to manage a Facilities Service Request from start to completion

  • Maintain inventory of supplies

  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years of experience as a Reproduction Technician, including 2+ years of experience as an office assistant

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Must be able to operate power tools when needed

  • Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure and within deadlines and be willing to work flexible hours to meet deadlines

  • Must be familiar with Canon & Xerox copies and printers and have basic knowledge of Adobe Professional, Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills in order to interact with all levels of employees

  • Valid driver's license
