AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an HRMS Manager to join the HR Service Center team in Germantown, MD. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and is part of the Management Services operating group. The primary responsibilities of the HRMS Manager include providing guidance to a team of Analysts, Coordinators, and Assistants, working within the HR system overseeing the management of user access, tables, imports, and interfaces. You will also have the opportunity to work with data ranging from ensuring data integrity and extracting/analyzing data from the HRMS/Payroll system. The HRMS Manager will also be the voice of the Management Services group for exciting enterprise wide HR and business projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of Analysts, Coordinators, and Assistants

  • Lead multiple projects transferring people data between various HR platforms used within AECOM

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for system and/or interface set-ups and modifications

  • Develop strategies, processes, and procedures to support the HR system and people data needs of internal and external customers

  • Partner with ADP to request system enhancements and modifications

  • Manage user access in accordance with SOX compliance

  • Manage inbound and outbound interfaces to/from internal business systems and external vendors

  • Build complex ad-hoc reports from the system’s reporting tool

  • Analyze data, track metrics, and identify trends in order to prepare reports and present findings

  • Coordinate with HR and Payroll to resolve questions or issues with employee data changes

  • Support other HR and Business Systems that link to the HRMS, including but not limited to Employee Self Service, Resume Database, Performance and Rewards, Learning Management, etc.

  • Oversee garnishment/wage withholding process, tax data entry, and I9/E-Verify compliance

  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management and/or people management experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working with ADP Enterprise version 5, including extracting data through a reporting platform and system administrator tasks.

  • Experience working with Excel, specifically data manipulation and intermediate level formulas (vlookups and pivot tables)

  • Experience working for large, global employers and/or federal contractors is a plus

  • Experience with applying HR best practices

  • Knowledge of Payroll related functions, specifically garnishment processing and payroll taxes

  • 4 year degree in HR, IT, Finance, Business Administration or related majorSuccessful individuals in this role will have excellent leadership, attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
