AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary

AECOM is currently seeking a Compensation/Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our office located in Germantown, MD. Under direct supervision this individual will provide compensation and market data to support business development and proposal efforts. In addition, identify talent/resumes for key positions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Obtain compensation data for business development and proposal efforts using various methods including salary surveys, market data, resume database, internet searches and other sources.

  2. Identify available candidates by labor categories in locations to include key personnel and obtain Letters of Intent as required.

  3. Provide analysis of data, recruiting/compensation trends, and forecasting. Determine the current rates and forecasting of rates with various variables; number of contracts in the region, downsizing of contracts, location of candidates with the needed skills, etc.

  4. Develop pricing models for price to win, BOEs (Bases of Estimates), and write-ups for proposals to include recruiting for key personnel for proposals. Work with capture management and proposal managers to develop win strategy in regards to pricing.

  5. Deliver data points (BOEs) to substantiate the “Price to Win” Rates.

  6. Provide key personnel and position sourcing for business development efforts; provide staffing data analysis, trends and price-to-win modeling for proposal efforts providing DCAA compliant BOEs and support material.

  7. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of related experience.

  • Experience in a government contracting environment and international experience preferred.

  • Experience with DCAA a plus.

  • Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a security clearance.
