Position Title Supply Technician

AECOM is seeking a Supply Technician to serve as AECOM’s logistical support to DoD training courses. The applicant performs duties involving request, receipt, storage, issue, accountability, and preservation of individual, organizational, installation, and expendable supplies and equipment. Receives, inspects, inventories, loads, unloads, segregates, stores, issues, delivers and turns in organization and installation supplies and equipment. Operates unit level computer (ULC). Prepares all unit/organizational supply documents. Maintains automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment. Inspects completed work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Coordinates supply activities. Reviews and annotates changes to unit material condition status report. Posts transactions to organizational and installation property books and supporting transaction files. Determines method of obtaining relief from responsibility for lost, damaged and destroyed supply items. Maintains property under GCSS-Army. Reviews daily and monthly records of issues of petroleum products and operating supplies. Provides technical assistance and advises executive officer and commander. Analyzes statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standard and directives, and efficiency of operations. Coordinates logistical activities with other staff elements supply and service, and motor transport units. turn-in unsafe or unserviceable tools and equipment; maintain required supplies for tool room operation; properly label packages and include inventory list, project code and value; prepare shipping documentation; file shipping documents and inventory listings of shipped items; log outgoing shipments; assist in research and preparation of requisitioning documents for supplies and "Off-Line" requisitions; prepare supply request documentation; order parts, material and equipment for stock, maintenance and projects; document requisitions in Register and Record of Demands; maintain accountability of recoverable items; turn-in and maintain records of excess or unserviceable parts and equipment; order, record and attain materials and/or equipment; maintain and distribute administrative supply stocks; document and ship Warranty Repair Items; maintain and record cancellations, modifications and status of requisitioning documents; do lateral searches of parts; issue documented supplies to maintenance personnel; document supply requests; prepare requisitions for documentation on monthly reports; maintain safety practices cleanliness of supply accountable areas; issue documented request furnished by maintenance personnel of POL products; document requisitions on supply inventory; receive, document and distribute supplies; pick up and turn in parts and requisitions for parts; make special pickups and deliveries. The normal duty hours are Monday through Friday 0730 to 1630 hour except Federal Holidays, unless otherwise specified due to mission requirements. During training the work day could last up to 10 hours per day (frequently more than 40 hours a week) to include some weekends and federal holidays. However, this may vary depending on the Government or course requirements. The applicant shall support AECOM’s efforts on the Government site to provide specialized training in support of military personnel at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
A Bachelor Degree and 3 years of experience or equivalent and minimum of two or more years supporting logistics operations and procedures within SOF or Special Missions Units in the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).
A minimum of 1 or more years supporting company level supply operations utilizing GCSS-Army.
Must have 36 months of direct experience in Government Purchase Card in micro-purchasing of materials and/or training.
Must have a current SECRET security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret with SCI.
Must have a valid state driver's license without any prior convictions for traffic violations in excess of $150 fine (Last 7 Years).
The ability to travel worldwide without limitations.
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
