Job Summary

Rust Constructors an AECOM Company is seeking Laborers for employment in our Frederick, CO location.

The Laborer is responsible to assist trades people and perform a wide range of construction site tasks. May be asked to lift, carry, and hold materials and supplies.

Duties may include cleaning and preparation of construction site. Maybe require the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Position Description or Typical Responsibilities:

  • Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, to fine grade specification using pick and shovel

  • Act as a tool runner

  • Cleans and sorts tools, equipment and materials

  • Ground-man for rigging activates

Minimum Requirements

Education: None

Experience: No prior experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

3 months of oilfield construction experience

High School Diploma or Demonstrated Equivalent
