Job Summary

Rust Constructors, Inc., an AECOM company, is seeking Foreman Working to be based at our project in Frederick, CO.

The Foreman Working is responsible for ensuring readiness of crews at the onset of each shift and executes work packages as assigned. May perform front line supervision for up to 12 workers.

Duties include Participating and conducting annual performance management reviews for the personnel with area of supervision. Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained and schedules are being followed. Often responsible for delegating job duties and tasks. May be required to prepare daily toolbox meeting to deliver to crew at the on-set of daily shifts.


• Interviews personnel in regards to training received to ensure they have proper training prior to being assigned new tasks

• Executes work packages per project schedule

• Performs daily work site inspections monitoring safety and quality of work

• Performs audits of gang-box to ensure all tools are accounted for

• Prepare and submit daily timesheets on the behalf of the crew and provide them work instructions

• Meet and review any issues or items with the General Foreman or Working Supervisor

• Perform inspections to ensure that the crew performance is up to set standards

Minimum Requirements

Education: None

Experience: Minimum of Five (5) or more years in oilfield construction, with 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent;

  • Trade schools, seminar or other relevant training.
