AECOM is seeking a Course Planner and Instructor - Cyber Analysis. Primary scope of responsibilities include the following:
A/V support and maintenance, device and network support and maintenance, curriculum development to be provided during a 4 week duration three times a year.
Facilitation of a 6 week course three times per year.
Ability to articulate information relevant to the course.
Capable of speaking to diverse groups and both large and small audiences (including military, non-military organizations and chains of command)
Must be familiar with classroom media and devices, including PowerPoint, digital projectors, etc.
Assist in developing realistic training scenarios to replicate real-world operations based on past SOF operational experience.
Plan, coordinate, schedule and conduct program improvements.
Must have experience with Social Media monitoring and analytics.
Minimum of a High school level education.
Minimum of two (2) or more years’ real-world experience and familiarity with Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational procedures within SOF or Special Missions Units in the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in A/V Support and Maintenance, Device & Network Support and Maintenance.
Must have experience working in this field within the last six months
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to remain current in this field of expertise; social engineering training or equivalent experience; professional experience in social media influence/marketing/analysis; Special Operations Forces or related operational/operational support experience to make digital relevant to Op mission sets; data science equivalent experience
Certified CI/HUMINT collector via DIA or other IC-certifying course.
Must have 18F or equivalent qualification.
Advanced IO/PSYOP/MISO qualifications
Must have a current SECRET security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret with SCI.
Must have a valid state driver's license without any prior convictions for traffic violations (Last 5 Years).
Ability to travel worldwide.
Social media professionalization references (i.e., training/educational/presentation certifications from notable SM conferences)
SANS or other Network Certification to satisfy OPSEC of training networks and architecture (possibly satisfied with BA/MA in C.S. or other degree)
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of digital platforms such as Tinder and Snapchat.
Demonstrable experience blogging, building websites, wiring websites for SEO, writing for SEO, networking, working on the deep/dark web.
Demonstrable experience in legal/policy related to cyber analysis, research, investigation, and engagement.
Prefer a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in social or psychological science or influence sciences (communications, marketing, and/or advertising); computer science; software development; engineering or network analysis; International Studies, Conflict Studies, Communications, Government, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice.
Prefer Government, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, etc. or equivalent experience.
