About the Business Line
Program, Cost, Consultancy
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
An Associate level Cost Manager is required to work in a multi-disciplinary Program Management Team, led by PCC, for the Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Museum Projects.
The individual will be responsible for leading the cost planning of both museums, as well as liaising with global AECOM experts and Lead Consultants including Foster & Partners and Gehry Architects.
The ideal candidate should be a proactive and a lateral thinker, be comfortable working as a part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast paced environment, experienced in complex projects including museums and or iconic buildings.
A minimum of 10+ years’ experience with large scale complex projects.
Key experience focus to be on museums and iconic buildings.
Qualified as AAIQS/AFFIL, MRICS or equivalent
