About the Business Line


We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Document Controls Administrator for immediate employment in Washington DC.­

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day onsite support to the client, inlcuding but not limited to meeting preparation and facilitation, document preparation, and managing schedules

  • Track contract activities, prepare monthly report and review invoices

  • Maintain all deliverables and documents in sharepoint

  • Implement quality assurance and control plan

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • 6+ years of administrative support or contract management experience

  • MS Office (word, Excel and Powerpoint)

  • Must be able to obtain a FEMA Badge

  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of financial ­management

  • Bachelors degree

  • ​Data analysis and communication

  • Federal contract management
